We structure our programs in such a way as to make them easy to follow and fit into a busy lifestyle. When starting anything new, it can take a week or so to get into the swing of things with a My Nutrition program. After this time it gets a lot easier until cooking healthy meals and eating appropriate portion sizes becomes second nature. You will feel so great and energised that you will realise what a significant improvement the My Nutrition program offers. Our Nutritionists meet with our clients over the phone or via Zoom. We find this works well for our clients as it saves the hassle of travel and parking while allowing us to help you no matter where you live in Australia.

We recommend programs based upon a variety of factors such as what your health goal is, any food allergies or special dietary requirements you may have, how much exercise you do, how much body fat you’d like to lose and previous dieting history.

Clients have the option to paying for programs upfront or via a payment plan depending on your needs.

At My Nutrition we recognise this is a natural part of life and therefore have a range of tools that help you manoeuvre through cravings and social outings with ease and without guilt. Our programs are about  a whole lifestyle change not just a diet.

Yes, you can enjoy a nice life balance with dining out on occasion whilst following the program and still achieve results. While eating out too much can negatively impact your results, we believe having a balance between the two can still achieve great results.  Your nutritionist will provide you with recommendations and advice on this.

At My Nutrition our recipes have been design by our resident chef, they are easy to prepare in bulk and we have structured our programs to suit a busy, time poor lifestyle.

While our programs can be adapted to suit gluten or dairy free, at My Nutrition we do not recommend removing entire foods from your diet unless it’s necessary. Your nutritionist will advise whether removing gluten and dairy is necessary for you or not.

No problem, discuss this in your initial consultation with your nutritionist and they will recommend the right program, food and recipes to suit you!

We do not recommend you weight yourself everyday! Instead we will ask you to weigh yourself just once per week, (at the same time and same day each week) this gives us a clear picture of your weight-loss for us to record in-order to keep you on track to your health goal.

We have a teamed up with My Evolution Body Scans, and can offer body scans as an option alongside our programs. These scans will aid us in regularly monitoring your levels of body fat, lean muscle mass and muscular development, so you can understand how your My Nutrition eating plan, lifestyle and training regime is influencing your overall body composition. You don’t have to exercise to be on a My Nutrition program however exercise is beneficial for overall improved health. We partner with a range of gyms in different areas, ask us today for referrals.
